![]() ![]() ![]() I could be wrong, but, I think most all of them were marked "Army" regardless of the service they went to, as the folks on the assembly line didn't know the branches they would be sending them to, but, that requirement could have been dropped on the last of them or to help speed production to get them out the door. Again just my quick observations based on what I think I'm seeing. Also that hammer looks like a late war Ithaca only used by them, narrow type with serrations across the top. That pistol has been reworked or at the very least refinished, or, you'd see bare metal or patina inside the stamping of the proofs & acceptance marks. ![]()
